As suggested chicken wings are a good way of cleaning teeth, chicken necks, backs and carcass (all uncooked) are also good. If your cat doesn't know what to do with a wing score the skin exposing the flesh
I wouldn't expose my cats to a general anestetic just to to have their teeth cleaned. a GA is dangerous enough.
