we have had a 2 yr rescue gsd dog for 5 weeks now,we already have a n 8yr cross girl for 3 yrs. i fed them seperately until last week when i thought id try them in the same room acoss from each other.my girl went over 2 his bowl when i turned my back 2 talk 2 one of the kids she started it n he finished it, ending in her having a bite wound on her front thigh about 1cm in lengh.i bathed this in salt water n it has now healed.needless 2 say they are now fed in different rooms again.in every other aspect they get on it is just there food.he is a very good dog .try seperate feeding n c how you get on? good luck x
