Thats what Gypsy did to start with , but he'll have to move at some point , lol
I def wouldnt pull him around with it ... try offering him some warm hotdog (neither Toff nor Gypsy can resist warmed up hotdogs , lol) but where he has to take a few steps to get it , and extend the distance once he gets used to it ... dont leave the lead on too long either , and always supervise when it is on , better safe than sorry
