Yes in theory. Depends on her personality as well. If she is nervous she may not take to the outside and want to stay indoors. Also its cold outside (brrrrrr).

Make sure she is neutered though.


Why do you want her to go out? Have you risk assessed the dangers, like busy roads, gangs of disconsolate teenagers, dogs?
