You sound quite young - how long have you had the cats?
Your parents cannot just abandon them for having fleas and as others have said there are plenty of treatments available, go to your pet shop and ask which is the best if you are young and do not have the money to go to the vet. You can buy some really decent stuff and even if they're not very effective you can put flea collars on the cats, which do help.
My older cat spends most of his time outdoors and does not have fleas but the only stuff I use with him is a tablet which I hide in his food - that seems to work for us. I can't remember the make but they're not expensive.
Don't, please, don't talk about wanting to kill yourself. I know how hard it is when you think no one cares or understands. Find someone you can trust to talk to and keep talking to your parents no matter what. The problem can be solved. take care.
