Giardia is a thing to look at it is a Protozoan parasite and the treatment is the wormer Panacur, but given over a longer period. Take a poo sample for the Vet to examine to rule that out, as well as campylobacter infection which needs very specific antibiotics and is a large cause of continuous runs in pups.
GSD often ahve sensitive digestion. What food is sshe ahvign. A food like Arden Grange Lamb and rice suits a lot of shepherds, but is an adult food, but may be worth trying if she isn't getting goodness out of the pupy food she is on. Teh Arden Grange is quite nutrient dense anyway at 26% protein and 16% fat.
