Food Advice Please

I have been feeding my cats gourmet cat food and purina one biscuits for the past couple of years, but since joining up i have read that you should make sure that the wet food is a complete food and not a complementary one. I have just checked the gourmet one and this is only a complementary food
Does this mean they are missing out on vitamins and nutrients?

I give them both a pouch in the morning and one in the evening and i leave biscuits down in the day.
Can anyone suggest any good food to try them on? Boris is a fussy eater. Tootsie not so fussy.

Thanks
