Tescos do their own paper litter - soft little balls of recycled paper, which is fairly similar to the Morrisons one. Not sure about dust though as I have only had the odd bag when getting kittens used to different types of litters. It used to have a very weird smell to it though when wee'd on. I didn't notice it the last time I had it so they may well have improved the 'recipe'.
