just a little update! thank you all so much for your lovely replies, it has helped so much, anyhoo...

miley has picked up so much, she is getting a little bit stronger on her back legs, is eating again and has started using the toilet again properly! she even walked VERY slowly into the kitchen today when i was getting her breakfast ready and she hasnt done that for two weeks!!

she seems so much happier in herself which is fantastic, i'm so happy, we are certainly not out of the woods yet but she is improving each day bit by bit!!

We are just awaiting some more blood results which should hopefully be back tues/wed this week, but im sure its the antibiotics which have kicked in.
