My Hesper was given a mid-line spay last Friday (I didn't ask for one, was given one as the vet 'didn't want to spoil such a gorgeous coat' ) but over the last couple of days she got a swelling underneath the skin. The wound itself is slightly swollen and has been checked out but the under skin swelling is about the size of my thumb and on a 5 month kitten it's quite pronounced. She's off to the vets tomorrow but just wondered if anyone knew what it could be?
She's fine otherwise, tearing about the house as usual!
