It is from what I see a basic right to breed with knowlege and to breed ethically and responsibly,to breed dogs that are healthy.The DLRC do not encourage responsible breeding and allow puppies with their registrations to be sold by commercial outlets,which are known to buy from puppy farmers.
If they do go out of business then so be it,the GP won't really be missing out on much will they ? |
