Re: Diarrhea

Dont give milk based food as said before , cows milk isnt good for dogs , goats milk is fine or you can make cladda which is normal milk on the turn you leave it at room temperature and shake air into it every couple of hours , it thikens and is fine at this point to give to young dogs ,
But avoid anything like this till tummy is better .
Our Daisy was the same for a couple of months when we got her at 8 weeks , it was trial and error till it was eventually got sorted , it turned out to be food intollerance .
We ended up clearing it up by feeding Royal Canin as you are on the advice of the vet , only we had the hypoallergenic dry food that is based on soya protien . My advice to you is be carefull you dont go trying anything food wise stick to the food she is on and nothing else no treats nothing ,Beagles are very food orientrated and can get fat quickly if you give in to their demands for food as they get older .
Do you know what the breeder was feeding before you bought the dog ??
