Baby rabbits are only cute for so long! they grow up very quickly If you get a baby bun dont forget about the vaccinations and neuter / spay you'll have to do. Its also best for rabbits to live in pairs, so i'd get two rabbits - male and female are the best combination but you'll have to separate them at some point before you get them neutered / spayed.

With a rescue bun they come already paired up, vaccinated and castrated! Saves so much hassle
