He could have caught a minor tummy bug. I would say trust your instincts with him, but it doesn't sound as though it is anything major. If he is still drinking and not being constantly sick or having violent runs, and thus loosing lots of fluid and in danger of becoming dehydrated, he doesn't sound like an emergency. Him being a bit more sleepy today could be the after affect of the stress of going to the vet yesterday added to the fact he is still recovering from a little bug, if thats what he has. Did your vet say what he thought was wrong with him?

If he is still happy in himself again that doesn't sound too bad either. If he was non responsive and listless then that would be a worry

Have you spoken to his breeder? They should be a source of support for you as well. New babies are always a worry.
