From looking at this article:
Fish oil - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia it would seem you can feed fatty fish and skip the oil supplement, but I'm not sure of the amount you would need. I give Wilson raw fish once or twice a month, and then supplement with the oil the weeks he doesn't get fish.
You can buy fish oil from Zooplus, like this one:
