The vet has said he isnt in any pain and wont feel any due to where it is.

The steriod and anit biotic she has given him has made him seem like himself again, its like giving me false hope as i know he is really really poorly, i keep hoping for a miracle thats not going to happen.

I spoke to my vet about my other cat acting strange around him and she said that when cats leave the vets surgery, they have a different smell so my other cat wont have recognised him and thought it was a new cat.

I dont even know anything about intestine tumours or how long they take to develop, im looking at him now and he is staring at me and purring away, i just cant believe he is so ill and he is only 10 so not even that old
