You could try adding Tree Barks powder to his meals Tree Barks powder-Dorwest Herbs Ltd thats supposed to help soothe the digestive tract and help with poor absorbtion. You can just sprinkle it on his food, but they also recommend that you mix some in live yogurt - goats milk is good as it is lower lactose than cows - with a little bit of honey. The live yogurt will help replace good gut flora and the honey helps soothe inflammed tissue. You could also try adding probiotics to his food or water.
