How old is your pup? From reading what you have put it sounds like it is quite a bit older than 8 weeks old. I take it as the breeder hasn't jabbed it up properly it hasn't been socialised properly either? My advise would be to make sure you book onto so good puppy training classes ASAP and get the pup out and about as soon as possible.
