i meant irresponsible to keep loads of cats if you're trying to better your breedings, did you read KK's post on what i agreed on? - it's alot of responsibility and if you have problems for example a mother not wanting to feed kittens or c-sections or ill queens etc i'm sure it would be extremely hard work keeping a ton of cats happy, fed and cuddled etc when you're having to watch or bottle feed kittens constantly x

i'm confused so i hope someone will give me an answer to this, if you'd rather give up breeding then why start up in the first place, as it'd only be about 6 years before you started retiring queens if you got them as kittens, as with studs and it's only one litter a year so it's not as easy in a shorter space of time to establish your own bloodlines and cats and try and better your breedings and produce your best show winners etc xx

Just because some of you won't and some of us will does not mean us that do it for the benefit of the cat shouldn't have our say also x People have said we're irresponsible, even in a round about way x

if it's irresponible for us to do that, then i'm sure you could say that breeders in general are irresponsible as there's many cats out there that need homes and we still breed ours x

it's one of these threads where everyone just has to agree to disagree, has to be one or two each month doesn't there lol x
