One person I know of bought seven or eight pedigree cats for showing/breeding and then one by one for this reason or that, in a space of six seven months, rehomed the lot for this reason and that, then bought a couple more, did the same thing, then bought more. Its like shopping at M&S, don't like him or her, or he/ she doesn't live up to your expectations get rid of them and bring in a new one.

I couldn't agree more - as I said, I know that a lot of cats are rehomed for genuine reasons but just to give up a breed because you can't sell the kittens for as much as you would like seems wrong. Especially when you state on your website that your cats are first and foremost much loved pets....
