Hi and Welcome to the forum
Excuse the bluntness of certain posters, we're not all like that.
The kitten sounds tiny bless her. I'd give her lots of tiny meals as her tummy won't cope with a lot. Chicken is very good for them, I don't give kitten milk as a rule but you could try it, maybe with a little warm boiled water in it. A good quality kitten biscuit would help, something like James Wellbeloved or Royal Canin.
