Been there, done that - I had to hand rear a litter for a few days starting from 10 days. I've also had to feed two litters (with Mum or a foster Mum helping with warmth and cleaning, which makes it rather easier). Look on the bright side, if they are soaked then at least they are now peeing by themselves which will make your life much easier.

The problem is that if you syringe feed, it just goes everywhere - in my experience, as much down the front of the kitten (and over your clothes!) as into the kitten, and it's a horrible mess. Don't worry though, the kittens will be fine, it's you who is suffering Just give them a quick dip and a towel dry (or perhaps a hairdryer but I've never tried that) and put them back on a heat pad. And accept that you will be doing far more laundry than usual
