Just wondering whether a raw diet alongside a sensitive biscuit would help.
Definately. Raw food can work "miracles". Whenever someone ask me for advice about a cat with diarrhoea I tell them to feed the cat raw lamb or beef mince and carrot puree for a week. In 9 cases of 10 the cats are fine after about 3 days.

I've also helped a few owners with seriously ill cats by making them switch to a raw diet. Cats that have been through steroid treatment, had biopsies taken, eaten every prescription diet for intestinal problems and so on. Cats that the veterinary expertise have given up on. They've been nursed back to perfect health only by switching to a completly raw diet.

I've raw fed for 5 years now and I've never had any problems with any of the pathogenes experts claim cats on raw will become ill from. I don't deworm regulary. I do fecal samples and deworm when they in fact do have worms (during 5 years I've only had one case of worm and that was caused by the cats living outdoors for a few weeks during the summer and they "raw fed" themselves ).
