Yesterday i and my sister found a young cat playing in the trees, at first we thought maybe the owner let it out but as we walked away he would meow and follow us. Over a period of an hour we kept going back to where we found him to see if he had gone home but no, he appeared to be lost, so we took him home then put up 'found' signs. He has a blue bell collor (no tag) so he must have an owner. When we offered him some cat food he wolfed it down like there was no tomorrow! He does feel a little skinny and is also completely infested with fleas and possibly dehydrated too!

Today we took him to the vets to check if he was microchipped but no luck. This is now day 2 and no-one has phoned to claim him! We've treated him for fleas (and the other cats too). For now he's very well settled here and another woman has offered to take him in if we can't find the owner.
