I find that mine seem to grow all of a sudden - coonies get big very quickly anyway and don't stop growing until they are about 4.

My moggies are all different though - Socks our neuter boy is enormous, Lily is very delicate and stopped growing at about 6 months and Ruby is very, very stocky but not particularly big.

I guess all cats are different
