These two are just 'power crazy' they have the need to dominate in a really nasty way, they are just cowards.
I am waiting to see what the outcome of this will be, I think they should definitely be taken off the force, I dread to think what they do in the privacy of a police cell with a young homeless lad or an old drunk eek:
I would like to see them get a taste of thier own medicine. Those poor dogs looked terrified mad:
