this topic has been covered dozens of times im sure and each time you will always get some that let their cats out and some that dont, i keep ragdoll cats and are not let to wander if mine go into the garden they have their own cat house and run to play in but the choice is finally yours. personally i think its so much safer to keep them indoors , theres too many dangers out there, traffic, dogs, PEOPLE, foxes. the list is endless,
