I posted a thread a while back asking who has indoor cats and who has outdoor cats. There was a clear majority at that time for allowing cats outside.

This afternoon I arrived at a clients house who was utterly distraught since her 11 year old cat and ventured outside and not returned after 48 hours. The cat rarely went outside.

I have two cats and a Bull Terrier next door, who has already killed the pub cat from down the road. One of my little cats is not the brightest button in the box, and I really do not want to chance letting either of them out.

Am I wrong to keep my girls inside, or should I allow them out?
