just been through this with one of my neuters - he had a high crystal amount though xx
usually it can go pink if they're straining but if she's not then i don't know xx if tail is twitching then she's straining xx
there's no side effects of anything she's on that turns pee different colour maybe?
can't see why if she's on antibiotics that she's be peeing pink xx
