I am sure that everyone who actually knows the breeds will agree when i say big dogs in little bodies!Don't under estimate what these little dogs can do!
Yep if the pup takes after the dachshund then you have to be careful of thier backs,ie stairs,jumping on and off chairs ect,just a little common sense rearly!
Out of interest which type of dachshund is it as i have found the long hairs can be a bit lazy (my experience)where as the smooths and wires will 'go' all day.
Ithink it is a cracking little cross and if you decide to have one,spoil it etc but remember it is a dog or it will soon be running rings around you!!!!
