I agree, it's not fair on your dog to put her through it at that age. There's way too many cross breeds (and pedigree's for that matter!) in rescue centres at the minute, why would you want to add to that? I used to work at a rescue kennels, and it was heartbreaking, some of the dogs were there 7 years before they found homes (and some unfortunately died in kennels...*healthy dogs were never PTS*) but anyway! I'm going off topic, lol. Sorry. have you a picture of your dog? Be lovely to see her.
