keep a note on food and water intake and check the poos, which i'm sure you're already doing. also keep an eye on the colour of the gums and the hydration levels, you can do this by pinching the skin and seeing how long it takes to go back in place. if it's a worryingly long time you should really get puss to the emergency vets as it can be a sign of dehydration. if the temp goes up again be wary and maybe try to ring the vets to see if you should come in then or wait til the morning.
