spent a fortune at the vets for millies skin problems, now he says it might be a yeast infection as she smells sort of sweet, i have changed her food to burns holistic, give her omegas oil in her food at a loss as what else to do, is there any cream i could use to help when when her tummy and neck flare up, can anyone help please, as spent so much money trying to sort out this problem.thanks suzanne
