Firstly, don't panic, there's a number of things it could be, it could be something as simple as an infection-think how one side of your glands enlarge when you get an infection!. Is your insurance up to date? might be worth checking? Halifax seem to offer a very comprehensive insurance for £12 a month. Honestly don't worry, It;s natural to assume the worst, it isn't always the case, I promise!!!
5 is still very young, they are more resiliant than you think!!!
(this is coming from someone who has beat cancer fr the last 6 years!!)
