I think that most bad breeding is by a few breeders of the more populars breeds, as they can money out of their dogs but don't care very much for them. And as for the breed clubs it's time they got their act together and start changing the breed standard back to a more health dog, eg:- one that can breath and eat and drink with no problem.

Could not agree more.
This is a subject very close to my heart, and good breeders will also agree that something must be done.
The KC have a lot to answer for, and since the recent programme, they seem to be listening at last.
