In my opinion this isnt the problem, my problem is with the ones that don't do any health screening, breed any two dogs together with no thought for what will be produced and then still charge silly prices for the pups.
If the breeder does all the health screening then by all means charge a price that reflects that but they shouldn't be breeding for profit.
