He's been on metacam but kept throwing it up. The vet seems to think there's not much more we can do other than change his anti inflammatories. He's 11 and is suffering more each day. Does anyone have any ideas? I don't want to give up on him yet.

Has anyone tried hydrotherapy? There's a pool fairly locally but I don't want to freak him out if it's not worth it.
