There are a couple of highly dog aggressive Bernese near me. They are generally walked off the lead and will attack on sight. Despite numerous reports the police are unwilling and/or unable to do anything. Mainly on the grounds of them not being one of the four "dangerous" breeds. They may never attack a human, but I could certainly see a child walking a small dog being dragged into the melee when they attack.
