I think fireworks should be restricted to organised events only.

They have already started here Duke is okay with them not sure what the cats will make of them.

I do think that they should only be sold to over 18's under license and one week before the 5 November.

I don't understand why you need a music license (assuming because of noise) but you don't need a license for noisy fireworks
