Well done..As a trainer we try to teach loose leash walking-not necessarily to heel but to have a pleasent walk without arms and hands shredded.If none of our methods are working we will use a gentle leader and mostly they pick it up straight away.Then in time usually they are heeling and back on their soft collar.No problems..its just a pity that more people dont address their training as it is so important..Good job.
