It's definately a scam Don't fall for it .

It is best if you can get to see a pup before you buy it, then you get to see its parents hopefully and see what kind of temperament they have, you can see what conditions it is being kept in and if it looks healthy and lots of other things. I personally would never buy a pup without seeing it first.
