Re: Home cooked dog food

Raw onion or garlic isnt good for dogs but it would need to be quite a large amount to make them really ill, I use either dried garlic or 2 fresh cloves finely chopped & well cooked always used it & never had any problems.

Have used it with rabbit, lamb, beef, hearts liver, kidney, turkey & minced chicken lol they dont care they like garlic & love any home cooked meat

My lot love veg too especially broccoli, cabbage & cauliflower for obvious reasons they dont get these veg often lol, but do eat carrots, garden peas, garlic, potatos, tomatoes etc cooked in with their meat for variation.
