Well, what did we do before kitten food existed?? (and it's only been around for 15-20 years or so) Kitten foods really are just a gimmick to get us to spend more money! Adult foods are OK for kittens - so long as the kitten gets 4-5 meals per day of good quality food, she should be fine.

Thats what I say to people too, lol.
My kittens go round eating the adults food and as it's down 24/7 you can't stop them. It's never done them any harm. Plus mine have raw meats which is fine for any age |
