Hello

I am looking after my neighbours budgie Buster and he is not well at all have a vets appt booked for 4.15 pm but neeed some advice his symptoms are his left leg is odd colour and un-usable he is off his food and not chirping at all and usuall he is very chatty also his droppiongs are very watery and he is generally unhappy

Can anyone help me ?
