There is no noise when the so called fight is happening, so should i just let it end on its own or stop it?
They are going into a cattery in a months time when we go on holiday and they will be sharing so i am hoping it is just playing.
Sami is the new cat, she has been speyed and is a stray, when she first arrived she didn't get on with Jay, a male also speyed, she would hiss at him and everything but i think that was just due to fear.
I don't think they will ever be the best of friends but they do sit next to each other on the windowsil, so they can't hate each other.
So is it playing or fighting?

I would say that you will know if there fighting as there not normally quite about it and there would be a mass of fur and plenty of bite marks. They are probably finding there feet and discovering who the boss is. If theres not spitting hissing or raised fur then i wouldnt worry to much. I would say some cats arent best friends but they normally tolirate each other.
