Yea, the blood spots is normal
Kitten food I Personally use is Natures Menu & hi Life 60% meat. I also give raw mince beef, & raw rabbit. But, it's not for a lot of people, lol.
If you feed Felix and your cats are happy on that, then feed Felix Kitten.
