Firstly I'm a little confused, you say as a treat you gave KD dog food, then says she normally eats dry nuts... is this a dog we are talking about?

If she is bringing up food and having diarrhea and it hasn't cleared up after a couple of days you really need to get your KD checked out by a vet to see what could be wrong.
