... but how do I now make her realise that the whole flat is like her crate (i.e. not to be soiled).

My 7 month old puppy is great in her crate. She goes all night without a problem, but if she is just running around the house, she doesn't wait!

Most of the time I am getting her outside in time, so is it just a waiting game, or can I do something to make her feel the same way about the flat as she does about her crate?
