Toby has a lump of poo stuck to his bum, and not a small lump.

Me and mum tried to get it off him, but he cries and squeals when we pull it, so we tried cutting it off and he squeals even louder at that!

I dunno if it's actually just stuck to his bum, or he's stopped mid-poo and now it's stuck to his fur around his bum and he can't poo anymore.
I took him into the garden just now and he squats but nothing happens.

I dunno what to do
