i am with tesco insurance and i was searching on net for a cheaper one and noticed that a new policy with tesco was cheaper than my old one. i called them and asked why i am paying more and he said "your policy increases each year you are with us. it is cheaper cancelling the old policy and taking out a new one each year!!" i have been with them for 3 years and have had a small increase each year. so i asked if they think that is the way to repay customers loyalty and the cheeky git said that it is only a couple of quid and if i cancelled there would be someone else to take my place so they werent bothered!!!!"mad:
